What types of vaccines can I get?

Get your free Flu, COVID or RSV vaccine at any one of our three centers located at 110 William Street (Newark Department of Health and Community Wellness), 394 University Avenue (Mary Eliza Mahoney Health Center), and 701 S Orange Ave (Speedway).

How do I make an appointment to get my vaccine?

It's easy to set up a time for your Flu, COVID Or RSV vaccines! Call us at 1-800-734-7083 and we'll find a good time for you. Please bring ID.

If available, any medical records or previous vaccination documents will help us provide the best care tailored to your needs.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes! However, we strive to serve all walk-ins promptly, but to ensure your spot, schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-734-7083.

When are you open?

Mary Eliza Mahoney Health Center is open for vaccinations Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4 pm. On the 3rd Thursday of each month (May 16, June 20), we extend our hours to 6:30 pm.

Do I need insurance or do I have to pay anything?

No insurance? No worries. Flu, COVID Or RSV vaccines are provided at no cost to you. Give us a call at 1-800-734-7083 to schedule.
